Turnover day is an important part of the process of successfully operating a short-term rental investment property. One of the major factors of whether or not your guest leaves a 5-star review is cleanliness!
Cleaning & Inspection
Efficiency is the name of the game with STR turnovers. You can expect a thorough clean and sanitation of your home, in every room, whether they appear to have been used or not. This eliminates surprises for your next guest that could potentially lead to a less than 5-star review!
We understand how important our role is in this process, and you can also expect an inspection done during turnover with a report of inconsistencies and potential damage left from the previous guests.
We are Hosts ourselves, so we get it! We know how to be a great partner for you with your short-term rental investment.
Linens
Unless you specify otherwise, linens are included in our turnover cleaning price! We will turnover all bedding and towels, regardless of whether they appear to have been used by your previous guest or not.
Depending on the size of your short-term rental, sometimes laundering linens on site during turnover is not practical. This is why we strongly recommend having two sets of linens in rotation, so they may be laundered off-site in between check-in. It's a small upfront expense that pays off tremendously in the long run, and can help you to accommodate early check-in requests (for a fee, if you choose!). Because we feel strongly about this system, ask us about our linen purchase plan, where we provide a second set of linens up front, and you can pay them back over time - while you bring in rental revenue!
